Cobus began workling for Studio D'Arc in Port Elizabeth in 2009, from where he then joined Intsika Architects as a Candidate Architect under the mentorship of Rob Gillard in 2010. He enrolled with SACAP as a Candidate Architect and in 2013 qualified as a Professional Architect. In 2014 he joined Rob as a partner in the practice, forming an association geared at future success and enhancing the industry.
Jacques Finished his studies at UFS in 2008. He started working at Orbic Architects in Nelspruit and worked on the new High Court and FIFA related projects for the 2010 World Cup. After that he moved to Cape Town and worked at Meyer Vorster where he worked and various houses and a transportation hub in Kayalitsha, Thereafter he moved to Pretoria where he worked at Eartworld Architects and also helped design and document various houses. He then moved to Boogertman & Partners where he was put on big commercial projects like Centurion Junction and various other office developments. Jacques started working at Intsika Architects in 2016 and is busy managing projects on site and running the Forest Hill Military Base Medical Centre Project.
Luke started working for Port Elizabeth-based Adendorff Architects & Interiors in 2008, following which he joined Intsika Architects in May of 2012 as a Candidate Architectural Technologist under the mentorship of Rob Gillard. He is currently in his 2nd year of the SACAP training records program and will be a registered Professional Architectural Technologist in 2014.

Zolani started working for Luyanda Mpahlwa Designspaceafrica based in Cape Town, where he did his in-service training and also worked in between his final year. He has recently joined Intsika Architects as a Candidate Architectural Technologist under the mentorship of Rob Gillard and Jan Cobus Gouws. He is currently in his first year of the SACAP training records program and plans to further his studies in the year 2018.

Lwando did his in-service training for his final year to obtain his Diploma with Intsika under the mentorship of Rob Gillard. He is currently furthering his studies at Nelson Mandela University and assist the firm in holiday periods. Lwando is a highly motivated individual and Intsika Architects has provided a bursary for him to further develop his skills.
From 1995 to 2005 Natalie was employed by SBV Services (bank) and oversaw the Personnel function for 100 employees. Natalie went on to join Chas Everitt International Property Group as a Property Agent in 2006, and moved to her current position in Personnel Management at Intsika Architects in 2007.
Mavis has been assisting Intsika Architects for more than 10 years with making sure the office is kept clean and neat. Mavis definitely makes the best Cappuccino’s in East London.
